Ingredients

Directions

Take 30 g (2 level scoops*) of CREATINE Rx with 250-300 ml cold water immediately after training. On non-training days, ideally take your daily serving in the morning with breakfast. As with all creatine products, Maintain an adequate state of hydration during use for maximum results. We recommend at least 10-12 glasses of water per day.

FOR BEST RESULTS: Loading phase (first 7 days): On training days, take 2 level scoops of CREATINE Rx with 250-300ml cold water in the morning and another 2 level scoops with 250-300 ml cold water immediately after your workout. On non-training days, take 2 level scoops with 250-300 ml cold water in the morning with breakfast and another 2 scoops later in the day. 

Maintenance phase: Take 2 level scoops with 250 ml cold water immediately following your workout (or in the morning upon waking). Alternatively, use as recommended by your nutritional or strength and conditioning advisor.

*Note: As powder densities can vary naturally from batch to batch and even scoop to scoop, a scoop is provided merely as a guide to serving size. Those wanting 100% accuracy in serving weight should use a digital scale, as a scoop is a volumetric measure that is never a 100% accurate measure of powder weight.

How do I use Creatine Rx?

For best results we recommend following an initial 7 day loading phase before moving onto a maintenance phase -

Do I need to take CREATINE Rx on rest days?

Whilst not absolutely essential, we do recommend that you continue to take CREATINE Rx on rest days. Consistency helps maintain elevated creatine levels in the muscles. Taking CREATINE Rx daily, including rest days, ensures that your muscles have a steady supply to support recovery and future workouts.

Do I need to cycle CREATINE Rx?

Whilst cycling creatine is not absolutely essential, some users do report some benefit from cycling on and off creatine.  A typical creatine cycle would involve loading for a week followed by a maintenance phase of 8-10 weeks, before cycling off for 4-8 weeks, and then repeating.

Will Creatine Rx make me gain bodyweight?

One of the benefits of supplementing with CREATINE Rx is an increase in muscle cell hydration & volumisation.  Creatine can thus cause slight (muscle) weight gain due to increases in intra cellular water retention.  Whilst creatine assists muscle cells to hold more water, some initial weight gain is possible, but this is not the same as gaining fat nor the same as extra cellular water retention which causes boating and lack of muscular definition.  In contrast, increased intra cellular water retention within muscle cells can make them appear fuller & leaner as well as maximise muscle pumps and enhance strength and power.

Will CREATINE Rx cause dehydration or cramping?

No, creatine supplementation itself does not cause dehydration or cramping. In fact, creatine may actually help improve hydration status by increasing water retention in the muscles. Cramping is often caused by dehydration or intense exercise, but creatine itself is not a direct cause of cramping.
